Sabjikothi is a microclimatic-based storage solution designed to extend the shelf life and preserve the freshness of fruits and vegetables without the use of preservatives, chemicals, or refrigerants. It is engineered for deployment on any terrain and can be easily assembled with various modes of transportation.
